My walk round Black Park Country Park

I’m someone that loves a country walk, I find it a great time to reflect, gather my thoughts and taking time out from the hustle and bustle of London, this year I am trying to get round as many parks as I can and I’m very happy to share all my findings with you.

Getting out for me, is especially important with the babies. I absolutely love getting them out into the fresh air, I swear it helps them sleep better! That is not the only reason, I don’t know about other mums, but going out walking is my time. My time to reflect, my only time in the day really to breathe and relax, plus its a great form of exercise and even better when I have a coffee in my hand. I had never been to Black Park before but have heard lots of good things about it. So I thought I would share my views and pictures with you.

To start with its a great morning/afternoon out for all ages. It’s completely free apart from a small charge to park. The tracks are fantastic for bikes and buggies, there is massive lake there with a café to sit out on the lake. The children’s playground is out of this world, something I would of loved to have the use of growing up! You can even hold children’s parties at the playground, which would make a lovely birthday for a summer baby.

There is also a GoApe there for all you dare devils! Part of the park backs on to Pine Wood studios and is known to use the park for scenes for movies, so you never know you might spot the odd celebrity.

I hope you enjoyed this post and hopefully on a nice sunny day I will see you down there enjoying the park just as much as I do.

Much Love

Sophie
