A day trip to odds farm park

With the weather being just gorgeous over the weekend we wanted to make the most of it and take the babies out of London, so we decided to take a trip to Odd’s Farm Park. Located just off the M40 about 30 minutes outside of London, making it super easy to get to. We were aware the babies weren’t going to get much from it but we had such a fun day taking them to see all the farm animals.

Odd’s farm is really well thought out and caters for all ages. There is soft play inside with a café which provides local food which was very tasty, I would definitely suggest to have an Ice Cream, they have so many flavours to choose from and again the ice cream is made locally. Outside you have all the animals which you can walk round and see. There are other play attractions like a water park with different water features and adventure play ground for older children.

We did manage to get the babies on a tractor ride which was super sweet. The tractor took us around the farm so we could see the farm animals up close out in the fields. The tractor ride happens every hour on the hour and can get super busy so try to get there a little early to avoid a long queue.

Throughout the day the farmers put on shows with the different farm animals. We went and watched the goat show. We learnt about all the different breeds of goats and at the end everyone had the chance to get up close and stroke the goat. The show is inside the barn with other breeds of farm animals, so afterwards you can walk around and have the chance to feed these animals. There were sheep, goats, bunnies and we were very fortunate to see a Pig and her very new piglet’s.

Overall our day was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyable and would recommend it to anyone with children all ages.

If you have any day outs which you would recommend I would love to hear about it.
